French first lady Carla Bruni attended a state dinner with Russian president Medvedev and his wife wearing a tight blue dress without a bra.To be considered stylish and exquisite means to obey the etiquette.What about showing off your nipples to the whole world and kissing in public?If you represent a certain country, you have to be responsible for what you are doing and wearing.Can`t imagine Medvedev`s or Putin`s wives with no underwear.If you are an official person,you have to dress up in a proper way,otherwise you will only show your disrespect.
